An accompanied viewing package is available (subject to location) for an additional fee. This will be agreed with you at the outset.
Fixed fees are:
- £995 for properties up to £175,000;
- £1495 for properties £175,000 - £250,000;
- £1995 for properties over £250,000 - £300,000;
- For properties over £300,000 a fee will be provided on application.
