The property is situated towards the south end of Cunningsburgh off the main A970 Lerwick - Sumburgh road. Take the second last junction on the left to Voxter as you head out of the village; pass the first turning right into a small group of single storey houses, and you will come to a ‘Y’ road, turn right and ‘Seagaet’ is the second house on the right.
