Overview
Sizeable, detached church building situated in the centre of Lerwick.

General Information

Accommodation

The main meeting room / hall is a substantial space with two windows to Hangcliff Lane (and two further windows blocked up), one window to the north, and double doors at the far end to the outside space. There is a lift in one corner although this is currently not working.
The stairs lead up past one of the WC’s to the first floor where a large open space with wash hand basin and access to the loft leads to a second meeting room, an office, kitchen & store.

Property location
The property is situated between Bank and Hangcliff Lanes which run from The Hillhead to the west down to Commercial Street to the east, access to these lanes being to either side of the Bank of Scotland building on Commercial Street. Access to Bank Lane from The Hillhead end is opposite Prince Alfred Street. Approaching from The Hillhead end, the building, which is set back from the lane, is immediately after the row of single storey terraced houses on the right.
