Kira is Property Manager for our successful estate agency practice in Shetland. She has built up a knowledge of the local property market and provides a comprehensive service to assist you with selling your property.
Lori is a Solicitor based in the firm’s Lerwick office. She works with the Residential Property and Rural teams and has experience in dealing with a range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, title transfers, title rectifications and discharges. Lori also assists in relation to crofting, croft sales and purchases or transfers and has a keen interest in property and rural matters.
Andrea is an experienced Senior Associate working in our Residential Property team. Having grown up in Shetland, Andrea primarily advises clients on a range of residential conveyancing matters including purchases and sales, remortgages, title transfers, variations of securities and discharges. Andrea is also available to provide advice and guidance on a variety of other property matters including, voluntary registrations, boundary disputes and the resolution of title defects.
David is highly experienced in a wide range of private client work, including house purchase and house sale, re-mortgage, wills, trusts and executry work. He is the lead partner for the firm’s Residential Property, House Builder and Estate Agency team throughout Scotland and has experience of purchase and sale of high value properties, acquiring sites, placing Deed of Condition and selling individual properties as part of a bespoke plot sale process.
Paul is a Consultant in our Shetland office and has extensive experience of legal practice in Shetland. He specialises primarily in private client work, including property sales and purchases, executry work, local business sales and purchases, leasing, wills and powers of attorney. He is involved in a wide range of croft related matters on behalf of clients.
