Andrea is an experienced Legal Director working in our Residential Property team. Having grown up in Shetland, Andrea primarily advises clients on a range of residential conveyancing matters including purchases and sales, remortgages, title transfers, variations of securities and discharges. Andrea is also available to provide advice and guidance on a variety of other property matters including, voluntary registrations, boundary disputes and the resolution of title defects.
David is highly experienced in a wide range of private client work, including house purchase and house sale, re-mortgage, wills, trusts and executry work. He is the lead partner for the firm’s Residential Property, House Builder and Estate Agency team throughout Scotland and has experience of purchase and sale of high value properties, acquiring sites, placing Deed of Condition and selling individual properties as part of a bespoke plot sale process.
